Infantino Dental Los Gatos is seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our compassionate team in providing exceptional dental care in a modern, private general practice. Under the leadership of Dr. Sam Infantino, who has been dedicated to quality dental care since 2009, we are committed to building long-term relationships with our patients and delivering tailored dental services that address their unique needs.
As a Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of professionals, including two full-time hygienists, two dental assistants, and two front office staff members. Our cohesive environment fosters collaboration, ensuring that each team member contributes to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our patients.
In this full-time position, you will see one patient at a time, dedicating 1 hour to each appointment to ensure careful attention and thorough care. Your role will encompass performing preventive dental care, patient education, and providing comfort to ensure a positive experience. We believe in the importance of comprehensive, patient-centered care, and we are looking for someone who shares this philosophy.
We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience, but are open to meeting anyone that would be a good long term fit for our team. The current position is available due to a medical issue of our valued hygienist, and we are looking for someone who desires a long-term relationship with our practice. Our current staff of 7 works harmoniously together, emphasizing teamwork and mutual support.
In addition to a welcoming work environment, we offer competitive compensation at $70 per hour, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401K, holiday pay, and a monthly bonus.
