Position Overview:
As a full-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our dental team, delivering high-quality preventive care and promoting oral health to our diverse patient population. You will work closely with both general and Medicaid patients, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention. Our practice is committed to providing a comfortable environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and nutritional guidelines.
- Perform oral health assessments and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with dentists and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to create integrated care plans.
Qualifications:
- An associate degree in dental hygiene or a related field.
- Valid state dental hygiene license.
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
