Midtown Dental Studio is expanding our hygiene team and searching for a hygienist who wants more than just “a job.”

We’re looking for someone who is driven, warm, conversational, growth-minded, passionate about healthcare, and excited to truly guide patients toward better oral and systemic health.

We are a husband-and-wife-owned private practice in Plantation, FL focused on delivering an elevated patient experience through connection, technology, education, and clinical excellence.

What Makes Our Hygiene Department Different
Our hygienists are true providers and educators.

We use advanced technology and diagnostics to help patients better understand their oral health, including:

• Digital scanners

We’re looking for someone comfortable:
• Confidently discussing findings and treatment recommendations
• Collaborating closely with doctors
• Educating patients in language they actually understand
• Helping patients move forward with care

This is not the right fit for someone who:
• Wants to simply clock in and clock out
• Avoids patient conversations
• Is uncomfortable discussing treatment
• Prefers minimal engagement with patients
• Does not take ownership in their role

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical hygiene experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to confidently educate patients in fluent spoken English
• Comfortable discussing treatment findings and helping patients understand the value of care
• Experience with digital technology, intraoral photography, scanners, and modern periodontal protocols preferred
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and grow
