LOCATION
Little Elm, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a busy, professional dental office serving general, PPO, and private patients. This role is ideal for someone with a high school education, 1–3 years of experience, and strong assisting skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.
Responsibilities include supporting the clinical team during patient care, preparing treatment rooms, taking and sterilizing instruments, and helping maintain smooth daily operations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are important. Previous cross-training is not required.
The office provides a safe and well-equipped work environment, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in front of the office for added convenience. Team members receive a 30-minute lunch break during the workday.
We offer a great environment with supportive coworkers and a professional atmosphere. Benefits are available after 1 year of employment. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, based on work experience.
