Now Hiring: Part-Time Lead Dental Assistant

Pay: $18–$27/hour + Performance Bonuses

✨ What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Chairside Support

Deliver high-quality, gentle patient care with clear communication

Assist the Dentist during restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, preventive, and emergency procedures

Take dental impressions and expose high-quality radiographs

Explain treatment plans, procedures, and consents; answer patient questions

Accurately document clinical notes in dental software

Clinical, Lab & Practice Support

Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and patient records

Perform lab procedures (study models, bleaching trays, etc.)

Submit, track, and follow up on lab cases

Maintain sterilization areas and stocked treatment rooms

Schedule referrals and appointments and support daily schedules

Maintain equipment and follow infection control, OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and ADA standards

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

✅ What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required

State-mandated certifications/licensure/training completed

Strong multitasking, organizational, and teamwork skills

Positive, professional attitude and commitment to patient care

Ability to fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns

Experience with Open Dental, MS Outlook, and internet tools preferred

💪 Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands throughout the day

Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs and bending or kneeling

Visual acuity for detailed clinical work
