Lead Dental Assistant | Private Practice | Full-Time (Phoenix)

We are a newer, doctor-led private practice in Phoenix that is growing quickly and building something special. We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who takes ownership of the back office, sets the clinical tone, and helps the team run smoothly. This is not a corporate environment. We focus on quality dentistry, great patient care, and doing the small things right.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day clinical flow and keep the back office running smoothly
Chairside assist for a variety of procedures (surgery experience is a plus)
Coach and support assistants, reinforce standards, and help build strong systems
Manage setup, room turnover, sterilization, and supply organization
Support communication between doctor, front office, and clinical team
Create an excellent patient experience from start to finish

Requirements
Arizona X-ray certification required
Strong chairside skills and excellent patient communication
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable mentoring others and setting expectations with kindness and clarity
Learns quickly and adapts well as a newer office grows

Bonus experience
Surgery and implant assisting
CAD/CAM and same-day dentistry workflows
Inventory systems and ordering

Compensation
Compensation for this role is competitive and will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account experience and leadership ability.

Salary: $24 - $29 per hour
