Bilingual Treatment Coordinator

Overview~
We are seeking a kind and organized Bilingual Treatment Coordinator to join our WELL ESTABLISHED PRIVATE practice 4-5 days a week. Your primary role will be to ensure patients understand and schedule dental treatment.

The ideal candidate is a "people person" who can simplify complex clinical jargon into easy-to-understand terms in both English and Spanish, ensuring our patients feel confident and informed.

Our practice is laid back, FUN and very personalized. We are FLEXIBLE about days off. Our doctors and staff are HONEST, RESPECTFUL and a pleasure to work with!

Responsibilities~
+ Conduct treatment consultations following exams to explain diagnosed dental needs and clinical options.
+ Present transparent cost estimates, explain insurance benefits, and coordinate third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit).
+ Maintain a consistent follow-up system for "pending" treatment to help patients get back on the schedule.
+ Coordinate with the front office team to ensure the schedule is optimized and all insurance verifications are complete.
+ Assist with all front office duties including answering phone calls, scheduling, taking payments, insurance claim submissions, etc.
+ Maintain knowledge of dental terminology, medical coding standards, and insurance networks.
+ Review and update patient records accurately within Dentrix.
+ Coordinate with specialists.

Skills~
+ Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
+ At least 1–2 years of experience in a dental office (Front Office, Assisting, or Treatment Coordinating) is highly preferred.
+ Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
+ Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly under HIPAA guidelines.
+ A warm, welcoming, demeanor.

Pay ~
