We are seeking a skilled and confident general dentist to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice that provides both general dentistry and oral surgery services. This is a full-time opportunity in a single-doctor setting serving a mix of Medicaid and private patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering a wide range of dental care and contributing to a high-quality, efficient clinical environment.

This role is well suited for a dentist who is experienced in all types of dentistry and enjoys treating patients with diverse needs. The practice values strong clinical judgment, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, professional approach. More experience is preferred, and candidates with a broad background in restorative, preventive, surgical, and comprehensive dental treatment will be especially well matched for this position.

Key responsibilities include performing exams, diagnosing oral health conditions, developing treatment plans, and providing a full scope of general dental procedures. You may also be involved in oral surgery-related care as appropriate to your skill set and comfort level. A commitment to quality care, efficiency, and patient education is important in this role.

This position offers a flexible schedule, making it easier to maintain a balanced professional life. The practice provides on-site parking and a one-hour lunch break. Relocation is not required, creating a convenient opportunity for the right candidate to transition into the role without the need for a move.

Compensation is highly competitive at $125.00 per hour, negotiable, with an additional 50% collections structure up to 50% lodging, depending on agreement terms. Benefits are negotiable and can be discussed based on experience and fit.
