At our premier dental and esthetic center, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our boutique-style practice on a part-time basis. Located in Easton, Pennsylvania, our office is committed to providing exemplary dental care to the greater Lehigh Valley region. We take pride in fostering a warm, professional environment helmed by our owner and dentist, Dr. Elizabeth Skelly.

In our general practice, which operates under a single-doctor model, we strictly adhere to high clinical standards while utilizing advanced technology to enhance patient care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a critical role in our multidisciplinary team, focusing on preventative health and patient education. Your contributions will align with our mission to actively promote community wellness, including participation in initiatives such as oral cancer awareness and community screenings.

Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive assessments, providing thorough cleanings, and effectively communicating clinical findings and personalized treatment plans to patients. This position requires a caring provider with experience in diagnosis and prevention, eager to apply their special skills in our esthetic-centered practice.

We offer a structured patient schedule to ensure attention to individual needs, with new patients typically seen for 75 minutes while recall visits last 45-60 minutes. We value quality over quantity, allowing you to deliver exceptional care while nurturing lasting relationships with our patients.

Our practice values a supportive work culture, and we are looking for a team member who will seamlessly blend with our dedicated staff of hygienists and receptionists. You can expect a 30-minute paid lunch break and free street parking for your convenience.

Competitive compensation is available, with rates discussed during the interview process.
