Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Charlotte, NCOur prosthodontic practice is seeking a dependable and energetic dental assistant to join our full-time team. We are dedicated to restoring smiles and improving oral health through personalized care in a warm, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will support advanced treatments such as dental implants, crowns, bridges, and dentures while helping create a positive experience for every patient.
Responsibilities include assisting chairside during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, setting up for appointments, taking impressions and supporting clinical workflows as directed, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep the office running smoothly. A friendly attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, and implant awareness are important for success in this role.
We are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience who is comfortable working in a busy prosthodontic setting. Cross-training is preferred, and the office manager will help with additional training as needed. A high school education is sufficient for consideration.
We provide disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves to support a safe work environment. Parking is available in our free parking lot, and short breaks are provided when time permits. Benefits are offered, and compensation is open for discussion.
