Hygiene Assistant - RDA
LOCATION
Murfreesboro, TNWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a privately owned general dental practice that includes multiple providers and serves PPO and private patients. Our team values an efficient, fun, and family-focused work environment centered on delivering quality dental care and an excellent patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months of experience and be comfortable working in a busy dental office. Required skills include coronal polishing, taking vitals, full mouth series (FMX), and recording chief complaints. Additional experience with four-handed dentistry, radiology, ultrasonic scaling, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, Open Dental, DEXIS, KaVo, Medit, NOMAD Pro, and lasers is highly preferred. CPR certification and familiarity with cosmetic dentistry are also valuable.
This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both patients and team members. A high school education is acceptable for this position. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.
We provide disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks for PPE. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, SIMPLE IRA retirement, and paid holidays. Compensation for this position is $20–23 per hour.
