Job Title: Dental Patient Coordinator
Locations: Sage Dental Care – Lafayette & Boulder, CO

Sage Dental Care is seeking a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our teams in Lafayette and Boulder, CO.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Fridays 8 AM to 2 PM
Travel required between the two locations throughout the week

What You’ll Do:
Patient Check-In/Out: Greet patients warmly, verify personal information, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
Payment & Insurance Processing: Collect payments, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with billing inquiries. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Treatment Plan Assistance: Work alongside dentists to review treatment plans and ensure patients understand their options.
Phone & Office Support: Answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:
Experience - At least one year is required
Strong Customer Service Skills – Professional, friendly, and patient-centered approach
Reliable & Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Insurance Knowledge – Experience with verification, claims, and payment collections
Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems (Denticon experience is a plus)
Excellent Communication – Clear and professional in-person, phone, and written interactions
Ability to Work Independently - Self-motivated, capable to work autonomously and take initiative.
Ability to Travel Between Offices – Reliable transportation required
