We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about patient care, education, and growth. This is not just a hygiene role—it’s an opportunity to be part of a practice that prioritizes prevention, periodontal health, and long-term wellness outcomes.
Schedule
Tuesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Salary:
Starting around $55/hour, adjustable based on skillset and experience after performance review

Key Responsibilities:
-Following office Periodontal Protocols
-Patient education on oral-systemic health and home care
-Comprehensive periodontal charting
-Prophylaxis and polishing
-Thorough scaling and root planing (SRP)
-Sealants
-Assist with implementation of advanced hygiene protocols, including Curodont (training provided)
-Accurate, detailed charting and clinical notes
Ideal Candidate:
-Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist License
-Certified in Nitrous
-Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable with digital workflows and modern technology
-Excellent communication and patient education skills
-Hardworking, dependable, and proactive
-Positive, team-first mindset
-High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
-Energetic and passionate about growth and continuing education
