We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Dental Hygienist with a passion for pediatric care to join our family-oriented dental team. Our practice embodies a culture where work-life balance, professional development, and patient-centered care are paramount. As a 100% doctor-owned and managed practice, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care and fostering meaningful relationships with our patients and staff alike.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal screening, and oral hygiene instruction. Your expertise with tools such as the Cavitron, Oraqix, and NOMAD Pro, alongside your proficiency in managing nitrous oxide and local anesthesia, will be invaluable. You will have the opportunity to work closely with both general and pediatric patients, ensuring they feel at ease in our welcoming environment. Comfort in providing lap-to-lap exams and working with children with special needs is a must.

You will enjoy a productive schedule seeing one patient at a time, dedicating 30-45 minutes for children and up to 1.5 hours for new adult patients, ensuring exceptional care and thorough consultations. With designated lunch breaks on select days and early closure on others, we respect your time and value your well-being.

To join our compassionate team, you should possess at least 1 year of experience, be CPR certified, and skilled in digital radiography. Our ideal candidate aligns with our commitment to excellence and shares our belief that a supportive atmosphere enhances both staff and patient experiences.

In return for your dedication, we offer competitive compensation ranging from $43 to $52 per hour, commensurate with your experience, along with benefits including dental insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and reimbursement for continuing education.
