Dental Assistant – Private Practice | Tarzana, CA
Tarzana Smile Design, a warm and welcoming private dental office, is seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. We focus on quality over quantity, creating a calm and positive environment for both our patients and our staff. Our doctor is supportive and approachable, and our entire team reflects that same energy-kind, collaborative, and patient-focused.
This is a part-time, on-site role for 30 hours per week, working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with one Saturday per month. Wednesdays are administrative days with no patients you’ll focus on maintenance, sterilization, organizing supplies, and helping with light front office duties if needed.

What We’re Looking For
X-ray license (required)

OSHA Law Certificate (required)

CPR certification (required)

3–5 years of dental assisting experience preferred

Comfortable working independently as the main assistant

Familiarity with Dentrix and Dexis (preferred)

Detail-oriented, organized, and genuinely patient-focused
