Full Time Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a busy, patient-focused practice that serves a diverse mix of General, Orthodontic, Medicaid, PPO, and Corporate patient populations. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in both single-doctor and multi-doctor settings and is confident providing high-quality preventive care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience and brings a strong understanding of clinical hygiene procedures, patient education, and efficient chairside workflow. You will work with two patients at a time in separate rooms, typically spending 60 minutes with each patient. This structure allows you to deliver thorough, individualized care while maintaining strong productivity and supporting an organized daily schedule. A 1-hour lunch break is provided each day.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing as needed, taking and reviewing radiographs, documenting findings accurately, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care. You should be comfortable communicating treatment recommendations clearly and professionally, and collaborating closely with doctors and the rest of the dental team to support excellent patient outcomes.
