Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time or part-time weekday schedule.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered hygiene care in an unhurried setting
• Educate and engage patients in their long-term oral health
• Build trust and continuity with a loyal, established patient base
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members
• Take ownership of your schedule and contribute to a strong hygiene program

What We’re Looking For
• Active New York State RDH license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• A polished, warm, and professional chairside presence
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort in a relationship-driven, low-volume environment

Compensation & Benefits
• $45–$50 per hour, based on experience
• 10% employer contribution toward retirement (401(k) + cash balance plan after eligibility)
