Knightdale, NCWe are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our rapidly growing, single-location, 2-doctor general dentistry practice. This full-time position is ideal for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a supportive team. The role is available due to continued practice growth.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and strong general dental assisting knowledge. Required skills include Dentrix knowledge, alginate impressions, coronal polishing, dental charting, dental terminology, four-handed dentistry, and assisting with crowns, extractions, and bone grafting procedures. CPR certification is required. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members are essential. Cross-training may be possible for the right candidate.
This position offers a competitive pay range of $24–$28/hr plus a monthly bonus. Benefits include PTO, insurance reimbursement, dental care, gym membership, IRA, and disability insurance. The office includes a parking lot for convenience, and a 50-minute lunch break is provided.
