Dental Assistant, RDA
LOCATION
Fallbrook, CAWe are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented dental assistant to join our small private general dentistry office. This is a full-time position in a professional, team-oriented environment where patient comfort and quality care are top priorities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and be comfortable working in a busy general practice. Strong multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to greet patients warmly and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to support the doctor and team with a variety of clinical and administrative duties.
A high school education or equivalent is required. Cross-training is not required for this role. The office provides a safe work environment with PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks.
This position offers a 1-hour lunch break and parking is available in the back parking lot. Pay is depending on experience, starting at $20 plus per hour. If you are a motivated dental assistant who enjoys working with patients and contributing to a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
