Cranfill Dental is a small, relationship-focused practice where we try to do things the right way. We’re not a churn-and-burn office and we’re definitely not trying to sell dentistry people don’t need. We take time with patients, explain things clearly, and focus on work that lasts.
We’re a growing practice (recent transition in ownership), and we’re building a team that actually enjoys being here.
What We’re Looking For:
Full or Part Time Hygienist
We’d love someone who:
Communicates well with patients
Values quality over rushing
Has a good attitude and is easy to work with
What It’s Like Here:
One doctor, small team, low drama
Patients are loyal and generally great to work with
We run on time and respect your schedule
You won’t be pushed to “produce” or upsell
Modern tech (digital scanning, etc.) but we keep things simple

Flexible days if needed
Competitive hourly rate ($60-65 per hour with retirement matching and 2 weeks PTO)
