We are seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator/Account Specialist who is highly skilled in OpenDental and confident managing patient accounts and front-office systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with patients, and takes ownership of treatment coordination and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and coordinate treatment plans, fees, and insurance estimates
- Expert use of OpenDental (treatment plans, ledgers, insurance, notes)
- Manage patient accounts, payments, and follow-up on unscheduled treatment
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
- Support scheduling and front-office flow
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team

Qualifications:
- Strong OpenDental experience required
- 2+ years in dental front office or treatment coordination
- Solid understanding of insurance, billing, and patient accounts
- Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
- Professional, upbeat, and team-oriented
