Dental Front Office Admin

We’re looking for a Front Office Admin to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people and wants to be part of a positive, supportive workplace where everyone works together and takes pride in the experience we provide.

You’ll be an important part of our patients’ experience by:
-Creating a warm and welcoming first impression
-Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
-Helping patients navigate scheduling and appointments
-Keeping the day organized and helping the office run smoothly
-Working closely with the clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
-Building genuine relationships with our patients
-Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment

We’re looking for someone who:
-Truly enjoys connecting with and helping people
-Takes pride in providing great customer service
-Enjoys being part of a collaborative team
-Is organized, dependable, and eager to learn
-Wants an opportunity to grow with a practice, not just their next job
-Dental experience is a plus, but finding the right person is most important to us. At least one year of -dental office experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong customer-service -background, enjoy working with people, and are excited to learn, we are happy to provide training.

Schedule:
Monday; Wednesday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:45 AM–7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:45 AM–1:00 PM
Saturdays (winter months): 8:45 AM–1:00 PM
