Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for general and cosmetic procedures
Efficient operatory setup and breakdown with attention to detail
Supporting patient comfort and communication throughout treatment
Digital imaging, charting, and clinical documentation
Sterilization and infection control following established protocols
Qualifications
Active Texas RDA license
Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
Strong clinical judgment and situational awareness
Calm demeanor with excellent chairside communication
Ability to follow systems and SOPs consistently
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
