Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Dental PROFESSIONAL looking to advance your career in a
supportive and patient-focused environment? TLN Family Dental is seeking a dedicated
professional with at least 5 years of Leadership and dental billing/insurance experience to join our team! MEDICAID/MEDICARE Experience is a must!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Motivate and lead a great team
✅ Ensure office is running smoothly
✅ Boost team morale in achieving goals
✅ Ensure proper billing for all providers
✅ Deliver exceptional patient care when discussing EOBs
✅ Send dental claims electronically
✅ Complete any insurance appeals as needed
✅ Maintain weekly and monthly accounting and reporting
✅ Ensure that claims and patient accounts are paid in a timely manner
✅ Support front desk team members as needed
✅ Answer patient billing inquiries as needed
✅ Assist in answering phones, scheduling and treatment planning
�� Open Dental software experience is a plus!

Office Hours:
�� Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
