Temp Hygienist Needed in January & February

Innovative Smiles at the Forum is ideally looking for someone to cover multiple day, if not all, within the month of January and February as one of our hygienists is on maternity leave.

We need the full shift covered for the day and are asking for only those that can work the entire shift apply (i.e. if you can only work til 3p everyday, then you would only be applying to Wednesdays and applicable Fridays in January and Feb):
Mondays/Tues/Thurs 735a-5p, Weds 735a-3p, and then Fri, Jan 9th and 23rd& Feb 13th and 27th 735a-3pm.

Our patients desire consistency, so we are asking that you only apply if you are able to support a minimum of 5 days in each month. Please state the 5 days in Jan and 5 days in February in your application. Of course, if you are available more, then please make sure you list the dates/days you are available.

The hourly rate, paid through Cloud, is $52-$57. When we make a decision to whom we are booking, we will request your support via Cloud booking.

We are needing help from a licensed hygienist who is friendly, punctual, able to comfort patients and able to communicate and support our in-office team as if you were a full-time team member (just as they will do for you in return). You will typically have one hour appointments for periodontal maintenance and child & adult prophies. The one hour will encompass the entirety of the patients visit.
Ideal person has bluenote and iTero experience but not required.

Please be sure to calculate drive time prior to applying to the shift. If you apply to the shift, please be sure you plan additional time for traffic so that you can arrive by 735am as we have our morning huddle at 740am. We are located within the Forum at Peachtree Corners. You will find us on the second floor of the building to which Newks, Trader Joes, and Att is located. You can park on either side of the building and enter through the double doors in the center of the building, and then take the elevator/stairs up to level 2.
