Dental Hygienist Job in Arlington, TX
LOCATION
Arlington, TXEstablished Arlington private practice looking for a full time hygienist. We are primarily a Fee For Service/PPO office with 1 full time doctor and 2 hygienists. We do a great deal of prostho, endo, and dental implants. We work Monday -Friday. We do have a Laser for LAPT and LBR that our hygienists can use on our patients. I would be willing to pay for Laser Training if the candidate is interested. Our patient base is very loyal and some of them are like family. No DMOs.
Each hygiene patient gets a full 1 hour time slot.
We offer an IRA (Retirement Plan) with company matching. Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off . Also we pay a monthly bonus and year end bonus as well. We use OpenDental Software, Itero Lumina, have intra-oral cameras, and take pride in taking care of our patients.
Duties would include taking care of recall patients (prophies, perio-maintenance, DSRP, etc), taking radiographs, periodontal probings, oral hygiene instruction, and re-emphasizing recommended treatment. As mentioned earlier in the post we do have a laser for perio therapies and I would be willing to pay for certification for the candidate.
We need someone dependable that can be there to take care of our patients and help the rest of the team out when needed to. We want a candidate that is planning on staying long term with the office. Thank you. Please message me if you have any questions.
