Patient Experience Coordinator

We’re looking for a high-energy, positive, and people-loving Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dentistry and orthodontic office!

As the first face patients see, you'll set the tone for every visit—making kids (and parents!) feel welcomed, informed, and excited about their smile journey. You’ll also help guide them through scheduling, treatment plan options, and payment choices with a confident and friendly touch. If you're into social media, we’ll even hand you the reins to help share the awesome things we’re doing in the office!

What you’ll be doing:
Greet patients and create a warm, fun, and friendly environment.
Confidently present treatment plans and help families make great financial choices.
Manage the schedule and ensure the day runs smoothly.
Assist with social media content (TikToks, Instagram stories, behind-the-scenes fun!).
Celebrate patients’ smile milestones and make every visit feel special.

What we’re looking for:
A vibrant personality with amazing people skills.
Social media savvy (bonus if you can film, edit, and post!).
Organized and reliable, even when the schedule is full.
Experience in a dental or ortho office is a plus, but not required—we can train the right person.
