Our practice specializes in general dentistry, pedodontics, and periodontics, with a unique approach that accommodates a diverse patient base, including Medicaid recipients. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and well-being, working closely with our single doctor to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual.
In this position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of dental hygiene duties, including assessing patients' oral health, cleaning teeth, and educating patients on proper oral care practices. We pride ourselves on taking the time to see one patient at a time, devoting a full hour to each appointment. This allows for meaningful interactions and thorough care that fosters trust and comfort.
Your health and safety are our priorities, and we will provide you with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including latex gloves and regular masks, to ensure a safe working environment. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation at $55.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Paid Time Off (PTO), dental benefits, and a 401K plan to support your future.
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in the dental hygiene field, possessing excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care. Ideal team members demonstrate a collaborative spirit and a passion for fostering positive patient experiences.
