Permanent Friday Position
LOCATION
Taylorsville, NCWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate dental professional to join our practice one day a week. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist who enjoys providing high-quality care in a supportive, well-organized clinical environment. The role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is comfortable managing a steady schedule focused primarily on hygiene checks and light “bread and butter” dentistry.
Our practice is general dentistry, and the patient flow will center on routine, preventive, and restorative care. Day-to-day responsibilities will include comprehensive hygiene examinations, diagnosing common dental concerns, reviewing treatment needs, and performing straightforward procedures such as fillings, simple extractions, and other standard general dentistry treatments as appropriate. You will work with an experienced clinical team that values efficiency, communication, and patient comfort.
The schedule is every Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm, with a focus on maintaining quality care while keeping appointments running smoothly. Our current dentist will be coming back part time after maternity leave. This can be a strong fit for a dentist who is looking to build confidence, maintain a predictable workload, or gain additional clinical experience in a supportive setting.
We are looking for someone with a commitment to professional, patient-centered dentistry. Strong interpersonal skills are important, as you will be working closely with hygienist, assistant, and front office staff to ensure coordinated care and a positive experience for patients. Attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and a calm, friendly manner are all valued.
Compensation is structured as an income guarantee and/or percentage of production, whichever is greater. This arrangement is designed to provide financial stability while also rewarding productivity and efficiency.
