Full Time Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our busy, fun, and friendly family practice. Our team works in a collaborative environment that supports high-quality patient care, strong communication, and a positive daily experience for both staff and patients. This is a full-time opportunity in a general, multi-doctor practice that serves a mix of PPO and private patients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience preferred and is comfortable working in a fast-paced office while maintaining excellent clinical standards. We value a hygienist who is confident in patient education, periodontal assessment, preventive care, and building trusted relationships with patients of all ages. Because our practice is multi-doctor and high-volume, adaptability, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.

Clinical responsibilities include performing hygiene exams, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing support as needed, oral health education, charting, radiographs, and assisting with treatment coordination when appropriate. Patient flow may vary throughout the day: sometimes you will see one patient at a time, and other times two at a time. Appointment times are structured to allow quality care, with approximately 1 hour for most recall visits, 1.5 hours for new patients, and up to 2 hours for SRP appointments when needed.

We work 4 days per week, offering a balanced schedule that supports work-life balance. A 30-minute lunch break is provided each day. The office is equipped with personal protective equipment to help ensure a safe work environment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks.
