We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our growing private practice, which provides general and private care in a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented environment. Our office is made up of an amazing group of women who truly value patient care, mutual support, and a positive workplace culture. We take pride in working together closely and believe that strong teamwork allows us to deliver the highest quality of care to every patient we serve.

In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic care while educating patients on oral health and helping them maintain healthy smiles. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on individualized care and build meaningful relationships. Appointments typically range from 50 to 120 minutes, giving you the time needed to be thorough, attentive, and effective in your treatment approach.

This position is ideal for a licensed dental hygiene professional with a college-level education and a valid Local Anesthesia license. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care with professionalism and warmth. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset are essential, as this role is part of a collaborative environment where supporting one another is a core value.

Because our practice is continuing to grow, this opportunity offers a chance to become part of a stable and supportive team that is expanding to meet patient needs. We understand the importance of work-life balance and provide a consistent schedule, with Monday offering a full hour for lunch. Tuesday through Friday, the team works through lunch with a brief break and finishes at 4:00 pm. Employee parking is available for added convenience.
