Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Foresthill, CAWe are seeking an experienced dental professional to support a busy general dental practice in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience who is confident in both clinical and patient care responsibilities and brings a strong understanding of modern dental office procedures.
Key responsibilities include chair side assistance, four-handed dentistry, dental charting, patient charting, infection control, sterile procedures, and radiology support. The ideal candidate will also have experience with coronal polishing, alginate impressions, crowns/assisting, temporary crown fabrication, trimming models, and whitening tray fabrication. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, Dentrix, and DEXIS is preferred, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. CPR certification is required.
In this role, you will help ensure efficient daily workflow, assist with restorative and preventive procedures, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for patients and team members. Comfort working in a general dentistry setting and a commitment to quality care are essential.
We provide appropriate PPE, including face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support infection control and staff safety. A high school education or equivalent is expected, along with professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude.
