We are seeking a dedicated professional to join us in delivering exceptional care to our loyal patient base, spanning generations.
As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and wellness. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal screening, gingivitis treatment, and patient education. Your expertise in using modern hygiene instruments, such as our new Cavitrons and sharpened scalers (professionally sharpened 3 times a year) will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.
We are committed to providing sufficient time to meet our patients' needs—new patients are scheduled for an hour and a half, while recall adult patients receive an hour of focused attention. This allows you to foster meaningful relationships and truly invest in their oral health journey.
Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in dental hygiene and possess a strong skill set that includes patient education, proficiency in periodontal disease management, oral cancer screening, and patient recall. Moreover, your ability to be a team player and maintain professionalism within a dynamic environment is vital to our practice culture. Experience with Dentrix and thorough knowledge of periodontal treatment will give you an edge in this collaborative role.
