Assistant (RDA)

Dallas, TXWe are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join a modern, team-oriented dental office that provides general and private practice care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, motivated professional who enjoys working in a warm, relationship-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and is confident supporting a growing multi-doctor team. Responsibilities include assisting chairside during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking digital records and x-rays, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection control standards, and helping create a smooth, positive patient experience. Familiarity with advanced technology such as digital scanners, intraoral cameras, CBCT, and digital photography is preferred. Cross-training is not required, but it is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and team members. A high school education is required. We offer a supportive work culture, a 30-minute lunch break, and opportunities for continued learning and growth.
