We're seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator/Patient Concierge to join our dedicated dental team on full-time/part-time bases! As our Treatment Coordinator/Patient Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes patients into our practice, guiding them through their treatment journey with warmth and expertise.
Your role will primarily involve:
Assisting patients with scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment plans
Collaborating with our dental team to deliver personalized care
Providing clear explanations of treatment options and financial arrangements
Building strong relationships with patients to ensure their comfort and commitment to provide five star customer service
Achieving goals and provide 5 star customer service
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL OFFICE FOR ATLEAST ONE YEAR IS A MUST.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quick learner and driven
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve effectively
