We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated dental team. Our practice, a private general dentistry office, is committed to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages, guided by the principles of the Golden Rule.

As a key member of our two-doctor practice, you will enjoy a supportive and collaborative environment that values teamwork and patient-centric care. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, providing preventative care, and educating patients on oral health best practices. Our practice sees patients under General, PPO, and Private insurance plans, offering you diverse experiences in patient care.

In your daily responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, spending approximately one hour on recall appointments, one hour on scaling and root planning (SRPs), and ninety minutes for new patient examinations. This patient-focused approach allows for the building of meaningful relationships and thorough care.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our schedule reflects that; we operate Tuesday through Friday, with no late nights or weekends. We provide a one-hour lunch break on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and you can also enjoy early departures on Thursdays and Fridays by working through your lunch. For those seeking part-time opportunities, we also offer the flexibility of a two-day workweek on Thursdays and Fridays.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess an active NC RDH license. We welcome both experienced hygienists and new graduates to apply, as we value enthusiasm and a commitment to professional growth.
