🦷 Associate Dentist – Restorative & Growth Track

We are a boutique, fee-for-service implant and restorative practice seeking an associate dentist for a temp-to-hire opportunity.

This role is ideal for a dentist who values relationships over volume and wants to grow within a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

🛠️ Your role:
Hygiene exams (Monday–Wednesday)
Same-day and next-day restorative care
Problem-focused visits
Build trust and continuity with existing patients
Collaborate with Dr. Djawdan on comprehensive cases

💼 Compensation & Schedule:

$1,000 daily rate during the initial phase.

This is a flexible, buildable role, starting with as little as one day per week and growing into up to four days per week as the schedule and patient demand develop.
