Are you a dedicated and passionate dental hygienist looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive and collaborative environment? We are a thriving private dental practice with a strong commitment to patient care, and we invite you to bring your skills and expertise to our team.

With over 18 years of service in the Memorial / I10 area, we have established a loyal patient base that values our commitment to high-quality dental care. Our modern, four-year-old facility is equipped with the latest technology, including new equipment that allows for efficient and effective treatments. As a member of our six-person staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining our standard of excellence.

What You Will Do:

As our dental hygienist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Performing comprehensive periodontal assessments, including scaling and root planing
- Utilizing advanced tools such as the Cavitron and ultrasonic scalers to ensure optimal patient care
- Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of dental health
- Conducting oral cancer screenings and fluoride treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and charting using popular software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or PracticeWorks
- Monitoring vital signs and administering patient education for preventive care

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a dental hygienist
- CPR certification and proficiency in sterile procedures
- Skills in air polishing, calculus removal, periodontal screening, and treatment
- Familiarity with digital radiography and intraoral cameras
