Schedule: Mon | Tue| Fri: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM | Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

● Competitive Pay: $55–$57/hr DOE

In this role, you’ll have the time and support to focus on one patient at a time, delivering personalized
and thorough care. Each appointment is typically one hour, allowing you to build trust and educate
patients about their oral health.

What You’ll Do
● Perform comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and (SRP)
● Conduct oral health assessments and take digital X-rays using Dentrix and Dexis
● Apply fluoride treatments and administer local anesthesia (preferred but not required)
● Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
● Support a collaborative and efficient workflow with the dentist and clinical team
● Maintain sterilization and operatory readiness between patients

Who We’re Looking For
● Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Virginia
● Anesthesia certification preferred (not required; pay adjusted accordingly)
● Open to new graduates who demonstrate strong patient care and eagerness to learn
● Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
● Enjoys working in a small, close-knit office with loyal patients and supportive staff
