Fair Compensation – You’re in Control
At Hamblin Family Dentistry, your earning potential is in your hands. We start with a competitive base rate of $45 per hour, and on top of that, we offer a 20% adjusted production incentive. The harder you work and the more you contribute, the more you earn—it’s that simple. Many of our hygienists regularly make $50–$65 per hour, thanks to their dedication and performance. Your Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough dental cleanings, assessments, and digital x-rays.

Collaborate with our dentists to craft personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in TX.
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
Exceptional communication skills, fostering patient comfort.
Proficiency in dental software and digital radiography.
