We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing private dental practice. If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.
As an important member of our team, you will assist the dentist during procedures, help provide an exceptional patient experience, and contribute to the smooth operation of our modern, fully digital office.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Closed Tuesdays and most weekends

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take dental radiographs as permitted by certification
Maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients
Qualifications:
Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Dental office experience preferred
