We are seeking a dedicated and skilled front office team member to join our dynamic, multi-specialty dental practice, serving both children and adults. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with over 5 years of experience in a similar role within general dentistry, pediatrics, orthopedics, and endodontics.
Responsibilities include managing patient scheduling, navigating insurance verification for both PPO and Medicaid plans, and overseeing our billing processes. Proficiency in Open Dental and Carestream is essential for maintaining our practice's efficiency. You will also have access to personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, and regular masks, while working in a safe and supportive environment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.00, along with excellent benefits such as paid PTO, federal holidays, and performance bonuses. You will enjoy a convenient one-hour lunch break during your busy workday.
