In our general, multi-doctor practice catering to PPO and corporate patients, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the oral health of our diverse, multi-generational patient base. We value an open-minded attitude and a willingness to learn, ensuring our team members can grow alongside us. Each day presents a new opportunity as you will see one patient at a time, dedicating 60 to 120 minutes to provide top-notch care tailored to their individual needs.
Our office is designed for comfort and efficiency, featuring professional equipment and updated technology. We prioritize your well-being by providing essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, latex and nitrile gloves, and regular masks, ensuring a safe working environment.
As part of our team, you will enjoy a supportive atmosphere with plenty of laughter and camaraderie. We believe that a happy team results in happy patients. We also understand the importance of work-life balance, providing a 1-hour lunch break to recharge during your busy day.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $63-$67, we offer an enticing benefits package, including paid time off (PTO), health insurance, daily and monthly bonuses, and a sign-on bonus to make your transition to our practice even smoother.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dental hygiene and possess excellent clinical skills.
