Dental Assistant

We are a well-established, patient-focused private dental practice located in downtown Largo, proudly owned and operated since 2014. Our long-standing team provides high-quality, compassionate care in a friendly and professional environment. All of our current dental assistants have been with the team for over 7 years—and we’re looking for another long-term team player to join us!

Schedule:

Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Assistants are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the doctor’s first patient to prepare rooms and supplies.
Each shift includes a 1-hour lunch break

Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of a licensed dental assisting program
✔ 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant
✔ Proficient with dental instruments and chairside procedures
✔ Comfortable using Eaglesoft and digital charting
✔ Skilled in:

Taking impressions
Making temporaries
Packing cord
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Dependable, team-oriented, and seeking long-term employment

Key Responsibilities:

Set up rooms and sterilize instruments
Assist dentist with general and crown prep procedures
Take impressions, fabricate temps, and pack cord
Use Trios scanner for digital impressions
Maintain accurate digital patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment care
Help maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
Support both clinical and front desk teams as needed
Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience
