Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist

Eden Smile Design is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a thriving, fee-for-service general and cosmetic dental practice. Our Newport Beach office prioritizes exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment, making it an ideal place for skilled professionals looking to thrive in their careers.

As a Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will enjoy the benefits of being part of a multi-specialty, multi-doctor team. We focus on patient-centric care and embrace innovative treatment options, including Guided Biofilm Therapy. Our Hygienist will typically dedicate one hour per patient, allowing for comprehensive care and meaningful interactions, all while maintaining a manageable, patient-centered schedule.

Our Spear-trained and Molis-trained doctors participate in weekly continuing education study clubs and monthly conferences, providing the opportunity for mentorship and growth. Ideal candidates will possess at least 5 years of experience and specialized skills in patient management, essential for creating a positive patient experience while effectively communicating treatment options. Additionally, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patients, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary of $65 per hour, along with a one-hour lunch break to recharge.
