🦷 **Full-Time Dental Assistant – Wilton, CT**

**Wilton Dental Care** is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated **Full-Time Dental Assistant** to join our team!

We are a busy, family-oriented dental practice caring for patients of all ages, from young children to seniors. We are looking for someone who is organized, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in providing excellent patient care.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Assisting the dentist during general and restorative procedures
* Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms
* Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control protocols
* Taking dental X-rays
* Reviewing the daily schedule and preparing for upcoming procedures
* Taking impressions and/or digital scans when needed
* Assisting with Invisalign cases
* Keeping treatment rooms stocked and organized
* Helping maintain proper inventory of dental supplies
* Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
* Documenting treatment and information accurately in patient charts
* Working closely with the doctor, hygienists, and front desk to keep the schedule running smoothly
* Helping wherever needed to support the dental team

**Qualifications:**

* Dental assisting experience preferred
* Dental X-ray certification preferred
* Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus
* Comfortable working in a paperless dental office
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Must be a team player with a positive attitude
* Comfortable working with both children and adults
