As a lead dental assistant, you will work closely with our dedicated doctor and contribute significantly to the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and workspaces for procedures, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on oral health care, contributing to their understanding of treatments and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth clinic operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of experience in a dental assistant role, preferably in a general practice.
- Certification in dental assisting and knowledge of dental software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and staff alike.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

About our office:

Come join our amazing dental team. We are looking for a dental assistant who shares the same love and passion for dental as we do. We are a small private practice in Palm Bay with one Dr. in our office. We offer benefits like holiday pay, PTO, and vacation time. Hourly pay will be based on experience. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
