Dental Assistant / RDA — High-Tech, Patient-Centered Practice (Los Angeles)

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable Dental Assistant / RDA who takes pride in excellent clinical support and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients. If you’re a strong team player with great communication and a “patients first” mindset, you’ll fit in well here.

Our practice uses modern technology and top-quality materials, including digital X-rays, CBCT/3D imaging, and iTero scanning for Invisalign, and we maintain high standards in every procedure we perform.

What You’ll Do
• Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and specialty procedures
• Set up and break down operatories (trays, instruments, materials, equipment)
• Sterilization and infection control (instrument processing, operatory turnover, equipment maintenance)
• Take diagnostic-quality X-rays for doctor evaluation
• Support smooth patient flow from rooming through checkout handoff
• Help create a calm, welcoming patient experience through clear, professional communication

Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong chairside assisting skills and excellent communication
• Knowledge of general and cosmetic dentistry workflows
• Digital X-rays (FMX, PANO; CBCT a plus)
• Alginate impressions for diagnostic models
• Chairside whitening experience preferred
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow protocols consistently
