Alabama Dental Sleep and Wellness is a modern, growing practice in Hoover focused on sleep dentistry and whole-body wellness. This is not a traditional dental office. As a growing sleep and wellness practice, we are looking for someone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and wants to be part of a team that is building something exceptional. We are looking for a full-time Front Office Receptionist who takes pride in being reliable, professional, and part of something that is growing quickly and intentionally.

Position Details
Full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week
Monday through Thursday: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
1 to 2 Fridays per month: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
Paid holidays and earned vacation

What You’ll Do
Answer phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
Collect and post payments
Email/Text Patient Registration Forms
Verify Medical Benefits
Help keep the day flowing smoothly for patients and the team
Opportunity for cross-training into back office or clinical support for the right person
