Insurance and billing coordinator needed for private practice. Sadly, our billing and insurance coordinator is retiring after over 20 years with us.

This is a single dentist office that accepts PPO plans. Office is fully digital and uses Dentrix Ascend software. We are conveniently located in Katy, Texas just 1 mile south of I-10.

Duties include filling and tracking insurance claims, patient billing for unpaid balances, managing PPO fee schedules in data base, verification of benefits, coordination with treatment planner for benefit availability, and posting insurance payments accurately.

Salary is respective of experience. Verifiable references recommend. Paid holidays and paid vacation included
